The Resort

Agualina Kite Resort will be our home for 7 nights! Every morning wake up to the sound of waves crashing and be greeted by breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Agualina is a simple yet stunning hotel, serene and with just the right amount of social. Lay by the pool or bring your towel and wade in the water. Have a smoothie at Vitamin D Cafe or lounge on the oversized cushions, enjoying the scene. 

Yoga & Meditation 

All levels welcome! Our practices will begin and end with various types of meditation to meet the needs of all attendees. Yoga, fundamentally, is a practice of learning to listen to your body and make decisions laced in love. We'll explore vinyasa and hatha practices, more vigorous flows as well as postures to rest and restore. We'll let our yoga practices be discipline to our mind and expression to our body. 

Kite Beach

An active community that comes alive over the surface of the water, watching kiters do flips and spins is a must see! Or perhaps try your hand at kiting? A ten minute walk along the beach brings us right into the heart of Cabarete and there the shops beckon and beach front lunches/dinners await us. Ten minutes in the other direction brings us to Encuentro where the optional surf lessons will take place!

The Experience 

Daily we'll practice meditation and yoga in the ocean front studio next door. Once a calm clarity has set it, we'll dive into the topics that matter and will make the most immediate difference in your life. Expect your heart to be touched this week; expect your perspective to shift this week; expect a clear path to emerge. Past retreat attendees all report that the retreat far exceeds their expectations.
