The Week's Summary

We’ll practice yoga and meditation daily (all levels welcome) to strengthen the body and quiet our mind; connecting with a deeper sense of self and gaining insight, clarity & discernment. Our workshops will be guided journeys of self-exploration to strengthen our heart and our mind. We’ll eat delicious meals together while sharing love and laughter, we’ll lounge by the pool or head to the beach and we’ll have as much time to ourselves as needed! This is a week all for you!
