The Experience
7Days/6Nights
Relax your mind and your nervous system while learning powerful tools to connect with yourself, create your life and go out there and get it. Practice yoga and meditation daily (all levels welcome) as well as visualization and hypnosis exercises. Eat delicious meals together while sharing love and laughter, lounge by the pool or head to the beach and have as much time to ourselves as needed! This is a week all for you!

Optional Activities
Casa Kismet is located in the quaint town of Nosara, where shops, restaurants and cafes await your exploration. The beach is a 10 min walk away and transportation through-out the week will be provided. Other options during your week include surfing, spanish lessons, zip lining, horseback riding, stand-up paddle boarding, waterfall tour, Mangrove tour and many more!
